Friendly Travel at
https://friendly-travel.com. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below, which form part of our Terms of Service.
2. 30-Day Money-Back GuaranteeWe want you to be fully satisfied. You may request a refund
within 30 calendar days of the purchase date if:
- Technical Access Issue – you are unable to download or view the Guide after reasonable troubleshooting, or
- Duplicate Payment – you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
After 30 days, all sales become final and non-refundable.
3. How to Request a RefundEmail
care@friendly-travels.com from the address used at checkout and include:
- Your full name
- Order number and purchase date
- Reason for the request (technical issue or duplicate charge)
- Proof of duplicate charge (where relevant)
We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and normally resolve requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method; processing times may vary by card issuer.
4. ExclusionsRefunds are
not granted for:
- Change-of-mind once the Guide has been successfully accessed or downloaded;
- Claims submitted after the 30-day window;
- Inability to obtain visas, travel permissions, or other outcomes not directly related to access to the digital file.
5. ChargebacksPlease contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to resolve the matter may constitute misuse of this Policy and our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute unwarranted chargebacks.
6. AmendmentsWe may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Site after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
